Exchanges, Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tag(s) attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send item(s) back for exchange unless the wrong item was received. Please see “Shipping for Returns/Exchanges” below for details.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with tag(s) attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see “Shipping Terms for Returns/Exchanges” for who will be responsible for shipping charges. This is not applicable to sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you within 2-3 business days on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your return will be processed within 3-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Stay Blessed sent you the incorrect or damage product. In order for the customer to receive a complete refund, proof of fault must be presented to customer service.

Shipping For Returns/Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs paid when product(s) were initially purchased are non-refundable unless Stay Blessed LLC sent the customer the incorrect product(s) or product(s) were damage. Proof of damage or incorrect product must be provided. If you receive a refund for a product that was correct and undamaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If Stay Blessed LLC has sent you the wrong size or product (product(s) received must differ from product(s) on the website invoice to qualify) we will send the customer a shipping label for the customer to return item(s). Items Not Eligible

Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return/exchange. Items purchased at a retail location must be exchanged or refunded at location item was purchased.

How to Return/Exchange Your Item:

1. Email blessings@stayblessed.co – Please put your order # in the subject line & indicate whether it’s a return or exchange.
Example:

  • Order # 21630 – Return
  • Order # 21630 – Exchange
  • Order # 21630 – Refund
